Resorte was bay, the same color as Rebeldia, Rebelde and Cerezo which are well known today and are also his descendants. He had a white mark on his leg and a star on his face, was very beautiful with a very long and raised neck which would arch and choke at union with the head. He had a small head and the most beautiful ears you cold imagine. He wasn't very large, was rather long, but seemed enormous when saddled. He had a fino-fino gait and would lay low so you could mount him. Sometimes he would just stop his ride, and , furious, start trembling while his veins showed through a very thin skin.
