Wilbur was sold to us as a Maltese, but we have our doubts. What breed he is doesn't truly matter. He is a sheer delight.
Wilbur does no work around the house. I've tried and tried to show him how to do laundry or dishes, but no luck. He'd rather play with his toys and his sister, Maisy. Barking is a favorite hobby and he is sure that he has scared away many predators. If someone is willing to pet, Wilbur is there. He'll often push his sister out of the way. We call him the "love hog" as well as the "chow hound". Those two phrases sum up Wilbur's personality.
