Tapada

Sometimes called "Woolly". These Llamas have heavy coats but little wool on their heads or below the knees. Grass is the staple diet of llamas although they will nibble on fresh hedge and tree shoots etc. They will not stay to strip a tree as goats might, however. They are relatively resistant to most deseases and are a gentle, intelligent and very trainable species. Many thanks to Llama Basics.
