Purchased in 1899 from Mr Stewart Forster, who got him from Mr Henderson, who bought him from General Sir John Hills, who bought him in India. Purchased by General Sir John Hills in India soon after he arrived from Arabia. He won races in India. Imported from Calcutta,India in 1891 to England. He was owned at various times by the Rev. D.B. Montefiore, Col. E.N. Henriques and H.C.(`Inky´) Stephens M.P.(Radnorshire Polo & Riding Pony Company). Desert Bred in Nejd. Awards & Recognition: 1st. Eastern Sire, NPS Show 1904 and 1905. 1st. Eastern Sire, Royal Show in 1903 and 1904. and numerous Championships.
