There are a few ways to get to your account settings:

• On desktop: Click "Account" or "Settings" in the sidebar.
• On mobile: Open the menu and tap "Account."
• From any page: Scroll to the footer and look for the Account link.

Control which email notifications you receive. There are four categories: Comments, Tags, Ancestry, and General.

BestInShow supports dark mode for comfortable viewing in low light.

Toggle it using the moon/sun icon in the mobile menu or desktop navigation. Your preference is saved automatically, so it'll be waiting for you next time you visit.

If you need to deactivate your account, please contact us and we'll handle it for you.

Account deactivation hides your profile from the site. Your content — photos, articles, and other contributions — will no longer be publicly visible.

This is not permanent. If you change your mind later, you can request reactivation and everything will be restored.
