Links

BestInShow supports links from YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and other media platforms. You don't upload files directly — instead, you share a link to content that's already hosted elsewhere.

1. Go to your profile or one of your animal's profiles.
2. Click "Share Link."
3. Paste the URL from any supported platform.
4. Add an optional caption.

The site automatically generates a thumbnail when available, so it looks great in galleries right away.

Click any link to see its detail page. If the link supports embedding, it displays in an embedded player right on the page — no need to leave BestInShow.

Below the embed you'll find:

• The caption
• Who shared it
• Tagged animals and owners
• Comments from the community

Tagging works the same way as it does for photos.

1. Open a link that you shared.
2. Click "Add Tag."
3. Search for an animal or person by name.
4. Select them from the results.

The link will then appear on their profile, making it easy for others to find.

The same rules as photos apply here:

• The link owner can remove any tag.
• If you or your animal is tagged in someone else's link, you can remove that specific tag.

Click the X next to the tag and confirm to remove it.

Comments on links work the same as photo comments.

1. Scroll below the link to the comments section.
2. Write your comment and click Post.

You can reply to other comments, delete your own comments anytime, and if you own the link, you can delete any comment on it.

Only the person who shared the link can delete it from BestInShow.

Deleting removes the link and all its tags from the site. The original content on the external platform is not affected — it will still be available there.

Links display in a grid with thumbnails, so you can quickly browse and find what you're looking for.

Scroll down and more links load automatically. Links are sorted by date, newest first.
